• your listing complies with all laws that apply to you.

We remove, without notice, any material that depicts or appears to depict a minor; that suggests coercion, trafficking or exploitation; that was published without the subject’s consent; or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may report such material to the relevant authorities.

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, photographs, availability or contact details, and we make no promise that anyone advertising here is who they claim to be. You use the Site, and act on anything you find here, at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the Site or from any contact or arrangement made through it.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
