Understanding verified listings and reviews
Updated 29 October 2026
What a verified marker is
A verified badge on a listing is a signal, not a guarantee. It can help you decide where to start when comparing profiles in your city, but it doesn't replace reading the full profile and using your own judgement.
Reading reviews carefully
Some profiles show reviews left by visitors. We don't verify the events they describe, so treat them as one input among several. A profile with no reviews isn't necessarily worse — newer listings simply haven't collected any yet.
Putting it together
The best decision combines everything: the full gallery, the description, availability, the verified marker if present, and any reviews. No single element should decide it on its own.
